Guinness!
Need I say more 😉 The lease on the Guinness factory here was for 9,000 years. It amounts to well over a full city block. I wasn’t expecting to like it, but after I was taught how to drink it, it was actually good! You drink through the foamy stuff Continue Reading
Sheep Farmer Richard

Night Life in Temple Bar – Saturday, Sept. 17 Dublin
After DRINK and Draw off we went to dinner at F.X. Buckley in Temple Bar, home of Trinity University. Sort of a bit of a college vibe – think Georgetown, but a tad bit grittier, with pub after pub after pub. Honestly, I don’t think dinner in Temple Bar really Continue Reading
Drink and Draw – Saturday, Sept. 17!
You have all heard of paint and sip, right – where you go to a coffee shop, sit and relax and follow the instructions to paint a masterpiece all your own? Well in Ireland, it’s called DRINK and Draw. You probably get the picture. Well here was the first instruction Continue Reading
Wandering
Caught a bit of a nap and met up with my colleagues for some brunch. My first meal in Dublin! Then wandered some around Temple Bar. Here are a few sites along the way.
